Human Resources
 We are accepting resumes of qualified individuals who would like to join the Sandalwood team.

Current positions:

 We currently have a full time position available for an outgoing and enthusiastic Ergonomic Engineer.

Roles and responsibilities include:

  • Complete Ergonomic deep dive assessments utilizing the Jack digital human modeling software (training will be provided, if needed)

  • Work with team of ergonomic engineers to ensure all virtual ergonomic assessments are completed to meet timing

  • Assist clients with the setup and completion of ergonomic assessments requiring motion capture analysis, as required

  • Communicate ergonomic specifications to Product Design engineering

  • Act as the subject matter expert in the field of ergonomics

  • Complete Office ergonomic assessments, only as required.

  • Complete ergonomic assessments for new clients as required. Some travel may be required.

  • Outgoing and friendly personality is required

  • Candidates must have at least 2+ years of manufacturing experience. Master degree is desired, although not required. Must be able to work independently as well as with a team
